The SAGE test can be used to identify early signs of Alzheimer's disease. If you are experiencing problems with memory loss you can take the SAGE test.
Detecting the early cognitive, memory and thinking signs of Alzheimer’s disease is one of the first keys to slowing down the progression of the disease.
Providers at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center have created an easy-to-take, test that only requires you to download the test, and use pen and paper. The four-page test is designed to identify the early signs of Alzheimer’s disease, if you are concerned about your or a loved one’s memory loss and thinking problems. SAGE can be a helpful tool to identify the possibility of an Alzheimer’s disease diagnosis and help your doctor to determine if further testing is needed.
If you are concerned about your memory loss or that of a loved one, you can download the test here: https://wexnermedical.osu.edu/brain-spine-neuro/memory-disorders/sage.
Remember, if you have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, or experience problems with memory loss, sign up for a clinical trial to help bring new medications to market!
