It does not include publicly available information, aggregated, deidentified or anonymized information that is maintained in a form that is not reasonably capable of being associated with or linked to you or your device (and certain measures are taken for ensuring compliance), information about individuals acting in the employment context, or personal information that is used to engage in certain types of research, once you have consented to those activities.
Our Sites allow you to provide us with information through a screening form (“Form”) which enables us to recruit, screen, and refer participants for clinical trials and specialty procedures (the “Programs”) to hospitals, private practices, cancer centers, pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and biotech or pharmaceutical companies, (collectively, “Researchers”). If, by filling out a Form, you are matched to a particular Program, Researchers may contact you. We are not responsible for any direct communications that you may have with any Researchers or any consumer health data that such Researchers may collect from you directly.

Right to Appeal Declined Requests
In the event we decline to take action on your request, in certain cases, you may submit an appeal within 30 days of receiving such notice. We will respond to your request for appeal within 45 days of receipt to inform you in writing any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions.
