Jill Pellegrino is the Chief Executive Officer of AutoCruitment, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience across patient recruitment, real-world evidence, and clinical research site operations. Prior to joining AutoCruitment, Jill led the Real World Evidence and Patient Recruitment initiatives at CVS Health, where she built and scaled these functions and helped place more than 35,000 patients into clinical trials and research studies, significantly increasing diversity and access to research participation. Prior to CVS Health, Jill was General Manager of Accelerated Enrollment Solutions, which was comprised of 2,000 employees across 11 countries and encompassed a patient recruitment offering and clinical research site network of 160 sites. Jill received her Bachelors degree from LaSalle University in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Kathy Twiddy is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of AutoCruitment LLC. She oversees all legal and compliance functions for the Company, including customer and commercial contracting, privacy and regulatory matters, corporate governance, M&A, litigation, and intellectual property management. Kathy has extensive legal experience representing companies in the life sciences and technology sectors.  She previously served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ChannelAdvisor Corporation (formerly NYSE: ECOM), where she managed the company's $664M sale to CommerceHub.  Before joining ChannelAdvisor in 2021, she was Vice President, U.S. General Counsel at Mayne Pharma Inc. Kathy received her B.A. and Juris Doctor with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and New York.

Anna Zorawski is the Vice President of Clinical Solutions & Service Delivery. She brings more than 18 years of clinical research experience, and is driven by a passion for elevating the patient journey in clinical trials. With a degree in human biology and specialized training in Clinical Trials Management, Anna is deeply committed to client satisfaction and prioritizes finding innovative solutions to enhance the trial process and improve patient outcomes.

Danielle Margetak is the Associate Vice President of Service Delivery and has nearly 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector across academia, industry, and clinical practice. As AVP, Danielle oversees the Project Management and Patient & Site Engagement teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences while maximizing revenue and efficiently managing client expectations, resources, and costs. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Master's in Pharmaceutical Sciences, and a Doctorate in Pharmacology. Danielle is a board-certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist, and she completed her residency at Boston Medical Center, specializing in Emergency Medicine and Clinical Pharmacology. Driven by a passion for enhancing patient outcomes and advancing medical research, Danielle is committed to leveraging her knowledge and experience to drive success for both AutoCruitment and its clients.

Britt Robertson is Vice President, Human Resources at AutoCruitment and has spent the past 12 years in diverse leadership roles across pharma and biotech. Britt has experience in scaling small, rapidly growing organizations and in driving performance at established larger-scale companies. Britt has successfully built commercial staffing models and infrastructure and has led HR partnership with manufacturing and development organizations, connecting talent and organizational development to the achievement of key business milestones. Britt received a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University, a B.Ed from Ontario Tech University, and is working on a MPS of Leadership Studies at Penn State.

Carolyn Kleppe is the Associate Vice President of Solutions Management at AutoCruitment. Carolyn oversees product development and management, creating a best-in-class vision for capability growth and ensuring clients and teams have access to the optimal patient recruitment solutions. She has over 10 years of experience in strategy, product, and process innovation across the life sciences and healthcare industries, with previous roles including significant time at CVS Health and The Boston Consulting Group. Carolyn received her B.A. in Chemistry from the University of Colorado.

Ashlie Holt is a proven finance leader with over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and operational efficiency. As VP, Finance at AutoCruitment, she oversees all aspects of financial operations, including GAAP compliance, tax compliance, audits, and treasury functions. Her career spans senior roles in corporate accounting, technical accounting, and internal controls, with extensive experience leading mergers and acquisitions, revenue recognition, and ERP transformations. She is recognized for her ability to streamline processes, implement new accounting standards, and modernize financial systems. A licensed CPA, Ashlie earned her Master of Professional Accountancy and Bachelor of Accounting from Mississippi State University.

Robert McChane is Vice President of Marketing and Patient Acquisition at AutoCruitment, where he leads strategies that connect patients with clinical research opportunities through data-driven outreach and innovative recruitment solutions. Throughout his career, he has specialized in direct-to-patient healthcare marketing, including leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare, where he developed engagement strategies to reach and activate healthcare consumers at scale. He also led corporate marketing for VirtualHealth, driving brand growth, market positioning, and demand generation for healthcare technology solutions that support value-based care. Robert holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Drake University.
