Jill Pellegrino
CEO

Jill joins AutoCruitment as Chief Executive Officer, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience in patient recruitment, real world evidence and clinical research site operations. Jill is passionate about growing businesses that rely on innovative, data driven methods to reach patients to provide them with opportunities to participate in research opportunities. Most recently Jill was at CVS Health where she was responsible for establishing and growing the Real World Evidence and Patient Recruitment businesses. At CVS Health her businesses were successful in placing 35,000 patients into research opportunities in both clinical trials and research settings, drastically increasing diversity participation in research studies. Prior to CVS Health, Jill was General Manager of Accelerated Enrollment Solutions, which was comprised of 2,000 employees across 11 countries and encompassed a patient recruitment offering and clinical research site network of 160 sites. Jill received her Bachelors degree from LaSalle University in Mathematics and Computer Science.

David O'Brien
CFO

David O’Brien is the Chief Financial Officer of AutoCruitment. He brings a depth of experience in the life science space from having served as CFO for pharmaceutical companies that support early stage drug development all the way through to large scale, commercial manufacturing. Prior to his work in life sciences David served in a variety of financial leadership roles for a large, international non-profit organization as well as other leading technology companies. David has consistently implemented scalable solutions to enable organizations to reach their full growth potential. He received his MBA from Bryant University, and his undergraduate degree from Worcester State University. He is an active, certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of North Carolina.

Kathy Twiddy
General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

Kathy Twiddy is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of AutoCruitment LLC. She oversees all legal and compliance functions for the Company, including customer and commercial contracting, privacy and regulatory matters, corporate governance, M&A, litigation, and intellectual property management. Kathy has extensive legal experience representing companies in the life sciences and technology sectors.  She previously served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ChannelAdvisor Corporation (formerly NYSE: ECOM), where she managed the company's $664M sale to CommerceHub.  Before joining ChannelAdvisor in 2021, she was Vice President, U.S. General Counsel at Mayne Pharma Inc. Kathy received her B.A. and Juris Doctor with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and New York.

Anna Zorawski
Vice President of Service Delivery

Anna Zorawski is the Vice President of Service Delivery. She brings more than 18 years of clinical research experience, and is driven by a passion for elevating the patient journey in clinical trials. With a degree in human biology and specialized training in Clinical Trials Management, Anna oversees our Service Delivery division, ensuring seamless operations across Site and Patient Engagement, Project Management, and more. Committed to client satisfaction, Anna prioritizes finding innovative solutions to enhance the trial process and improve patient outcomes.

Catherine Balistreri
Vice President of Corporate Marketing

Catherine Balistreri is the Vice President of Corporate Marketing at AutoCruitment. She brings over 20 years of sales and marketing expertise, with a deep focus on marketing within the Life Sciences sector. Catherine will lead corporate brand and marketing strategies, evangelizing the message of how Life Sciences organizations can overcome the patient enrollment barrier to clinical research. Catherine received her MBA from Indiana University, and her B.A. in Economics and Communication Studies from Vanderbilt University. She also holds multiple Pragmatic Marketing certificates, and a Women in Leadership Certificate from University of Notre Dame.

Kelsey Duke
Vice President, Operations

Kelsey is the Vice President of Operations at AutoCruitment with a background in accounting & finance. Kelsey drives company initiatives to accelerate growth with an emphasis on operational and financial scalability. She is an action-oriented leader, consistently called upon to ensure the success of large-scale projects and thrives in fast-paced environments. Her keen understanding of the financial landscape allows her to make strategic decisions that propel AutoCruitment forward, solidifying our position as the industry leader in patient recruitment.

Danielle Margetak
Associate Vice President of Client Services

Danielle Margetak is the Associate Vice President of Client Services at AutoCruitment. Danielle has nearly 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector across academia, industry, and clinical practice. As AVP, Danielle oversees the Client Success and Project Management teams, to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences while maximizing revenue and efficiently managing client expectations, resources, and costs. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Master's in Pharmaceutical Sciences, and a Doctorate in Pharmacology. Danielle is a board-certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist, and she completed her residency at Boston Medical Center, specializing in Emergency Medicine and Clinical Pharmacology. Driven by a passion for enhancing patient outcomes and advancing medical research, Danielle is committed to leveraging her knowledge and experience to drive success for both AutoCruitment and its clients.

Jeffrey Skinker
Senior Vice President of Sales

Jeffrey brings over 10 years of strategic leadership experience, where he has led global business development efforts with a focus on growing strategic accounts and building new partnerships. Jeffrey brings extensive experience in sales and leadership roles in life sciences. Jeffrey has a BS in Information Sciences and Systems, an MBA in Strategic Leadership, and is currently working on his Doctorate.

Britt Robertson
Vice President, Human Resources

Britt Robertson is Vice President, Human Resources at AutoCruitment and has spent the past 12 years in diverse leadership roles across pharma and biotech. Britt has experience in scaling small, rapidly growing organizations and in driving performance at established larger-scale companies. Britt has successfully built commercial staffing models and infrastructure and has led HR partnership with manufacturing and development organizations, connecting talent and organizational development to the achievement of key business milestones. Britt received a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University, a B.Ed from Ontario Tech University, and is working on a MPS of Leadership Studies at Penn State.

Carolyn Kleppe
Associate Vice President, Solutions Management

Carolyn Kleppe is the Associate Vice President of Solutions Management at AutoCruitment. Carolyn oversees product development and management, creating a best-in-class vision for capability growth and ensuring clients and teams have access to the optimal patient recruitment solutions. She has over 10 years of experience in strategy, product, and process innovation across the life sciences and healthcare industries, with previous roles including significant time at CVS Health and The Boston Consulting Group. Carolyn received her B.A. in Chemistry from the University of Colorado.
